Created for KBS Capital Markets Group to create excitement around upcoming leasing availability at 500 West Madison, this direct mail campaign focuses on the idea that the building has it all—access to Metra trains, an expansive tenant fitness center with a basketball court, and a multitude of dining options.
The mailers were sent out to brokers as a fun and interactive way to create a memorable experience and generate interest in the space. Each direct mailer highlighted a specific amenity, and included a custom box, a gift, and a card.
In addition to these unique direct mailers, brokers also received campaign-branded email blasts and cards. 
This campaign was a wonderful learning experience for me, as my role was not only to step out the approved design, but manage the print production, ordering, and deployment for each piece.
